SALES EXECUTIVE (Sales Dept / 1 position)

  • Minimum Diploma with 2-3 years’ experience in Corporate travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Possess own transport
  • Malaysian citizen only

  • To adhere the sales strategies and planning implemented by the Senior Manager to ensure quality in marketing procedure
  • To promote company products/services and also to provide Tours & Travel information to the customers
  • To provide feedback of complaints from customers to management in order to recommend improvement on the quality
    system of the operation
  • To advise Senior Manager of new development and strategies of our competitors and suggest recommendations to be an
    edge over them
  • To undertake market research both local and external for capturing of new potential customers
  • After sales service
  • To meet individual sales target given by Senior Manager
  • To expand coverage on corporate market
  • To achieve budget turnover and profit
  • To have continuity performance plan
  • To maintain all necessary records of client profile in the CRS to provide for future reference and to update records periodically
  • To assist in flight reservation, handling flight itinerary, planning and quotation.
  • To assist in monitoring credit limits of customers’ accounts and to ensure collection of payment for due accounts
  • Respond to client RFI (request for information)


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • At least 5-6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Tourism Services or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must have knowledge of Sabre System (Computer Reservation System) preferred
  • Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Malaysian citizen only

  • Group control and administration of the Ticketing and Reservation department
  • Ensure issuance of tickets and flight reservation meet demand of the customers with zero mistake
  • Ensure quality checks on the daily services meet our Standard Operating Procedures meets customer demand
  • To administer at maximum efficiency of the Ticketing and Reservation department via the QUEUES checklist
  • To reduce overall costs of ticket, cancellation and errors
  • To ensure accuracy on each e-tickets by checking the entry in the checklist prior to delivery of invoice
  • To provide leadership and motivation to improve the performance of downliners
  • To initiate/create training program of the department
  • To target the Annual Budget set every year
  • To ensure high level of efficiency in dealing with Egencia and corporate clients business travel
  • To upkeep on the response time and timeline on clients enquiries
